What types of furniture do you offer for hire?

We offer a range of furniture from tables, chairs, linens, gazebos and much more 

How long can I hire furniture for?

Our standard hire period is 4 days. If you require our items for longer than the standard 4 days please let us know so we can give you a tailored quote for the periods you require

Is there a minimum order quantity for furniture hire?

There is no minimum order quantity when ordering from Kylah Group. You can hire as little as you require thus enabling you to keep the cost down and affordable when hiring from us

Do you offer assembly and disassembly services?

Yes we do. Please let us know at the time of booking if you require these items to be setup and/or dismantled so we can dedicate the correct driver for your delivery and/or collection.


Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?

Yes, this is possible. We ask that if you want to add items to your already placed order then please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reserve the items for you before they go out of stock. If you wish to reduce the items on your already placed order then please let us know as soon as possible and we will issue you with a refund for the item amounts. Please ensure that this is done at least 48 hours before your delivery date.

How far in advance do I need to book furniture for hire?

As soon as possible. To avoid items not being available for your specified dates, we advise you to book at your earliest convenience this will ensure that your items are available when you need them.

Can I hire furniture for both indoor and outdoor events?

Yes, we have no restrictions on where you want to have your event.

Do you offer same day delivery

Yes we do. This is subject to stock availability and how soon on the day you require it.

Do you offer collection out of hours

Yes. We offer collection at any time that you require us to collect. We understand that you may be required to vacate a venue at a certain time, so with that being said we are more than happy to collect at a time that suits you.

How soon do I need to make payment

Once the price quote has been accepted we advise that you make payment within 48 hours as your items are not reserved until full payment has been received.
